An image of a man who police believe may be able to assist with their investigation has been made public.

On Wednesday, October 22 at approximately 3.40 p.m., she was attacked by a man seated next to her on the way from West Croydon to Blackhorse Lane tram stop. 

A CCTV image of a man who police think may have knowledge about the event has been made public.

A spokesperson for the British Transport Police said:

“Detectives investigating a sexual assault on board a tram from West Croydon to Blackhorse Lane tram stop have released these CCTV images in connection.

On Wednesday 22 October 2025 at around 3.40pm a man sexually assaulted a woman sat next to him on the tram.

Detectives believe the man in these CCTV images may have information that could help with their investigation.”
