Greenwich residents are being invited to take part in two community-led wellness events this March, hosted by Demi Santana Brown as part of Endometriosis Awareness Month.
Demi, known for her appearance on Love Is Blind, will lead a women’s wellness morning on 1 March, followed later in the month by a community wellness walk in Greenwich Park.
As a Greenwich resident, Demi says the initiative feels especially personal.

The first event will focus on movement, reflection and education around endometriosis, creating a supportive environment for women to connect and share experiences. The second event — a wellness walk through Greenwich Park — aims to encourage open conversations about women’s health while promoting accessible movement in a relaxed outdoor setting.
Speaking about the initiative, Demi said:
“For me, Endometriosis Awareness Month is about creating spaces where women feel seen, heard, and supported. I’ve experienced how isolating women’s health challenges can feel, and I wanted to bring women together in a way that feels empowering rather than overwhelming. Movement and conversation can be incredibly powerful tools for connection.”
Before her television appearance, Demi was a footballer who played for West Ham United Women, Leyton Orient Women, and Millwall Lionesses. She continues to use her platform to raise awareness around women’s health and chronic conditions such as endometriosis.
The events are expected to bring together women from across Greenwich and wider South London, offering a safe space for support, education and community connection.
Further details about timings and how to attend are expected to be shared locally.
