Just after midnight on December 31, Ramel, 22, vanished from his Sutton home.
The man, who has autism and is nonverbal, was last spotted wearing a green pajama top in the bitter weather, and police are worried for his well-being.
Ramel’s mother said:
“We are very worried, he has not been missing this long before.
We just want him home.”
Ramel is characterized as having short black afro hair, a slender body, and a height of approximately 5 feet 10 inches.
Ramel has transportation connections, according to the force, and may have traveled farther in London.
Detective Inspector Anselm Hartley, who is leading the investigation, said:
“Ramel is extremely vulnerable and we are increasingly concerned for his welfare.
Last night was very cold and temperatures are expected to be low again tonight.
It is really important that we find him, and we find him quickly.

What did the police say about the investigation status?
Police have stated they’re concerned for Ramel’s weal and have launched a full hunt and disquisition after he went missing from Sutton at 12:05 am on New Year’s Eve.
Officers are conducting CCTV enquiries, house ‑ to ‑ house calls, and door knocks in the area, and have issued a public appeal for information, asking anyone who saw Ramel or has dashcam footage to come forward incontinently.
Ramel was last seen leaving his home in the Sutton area of south London at 0010 hrs on New Year’s Eve( December 31, 2025). Police have n’t released a more specific road address or CCTV position in their public prayers, but noted he has transport links and may have travelled away in London since evaporating.
