Police appeal after Bexleyheath bar shooting

After a 30- year-old man was shot in Broadway last Sunday, around 215 a.m., police have been looking into the event in Bexley. 

Police are still trying to  erect together what happened before the dynamo was fired, indeed though two people have been taken into  guardianship, including a 34- time-old  joker who’s being charged. 

The incident happened outside the Arcadia Bar and Lounge, according to the Metropolitan Police. 

The force intends to get in touch with  substantiations,  individualities who were in the vicinity of the pub, and anyone who has mobile film by making a new request.

Superintendent Melanie Pressley said:

“I want to reassure you that your local officers are working alongside specialist officers to progress this investigation.

We are appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident, has mobile phone footage, or was in the vicinity of Arcadia Bar and Lounge between 1.45am and 2.35am to come forward.”

Following the shooting, Carlos Parks of Sidcup Road in Eltham was taken into custody on the spot.

On Tuesday, January 6, he appeared at Bromley Magistrates’ Court and was placed under detention.

Following the event, another man in his 30s was taken to the hospital and arrested after suffering head injuries.

According to the Met, the shot victim’s condition is stable.

Has anyone been charged following the Broadway shooting?

No individualities have been charged following, shooting outside Arcadia Bar and Lounge on Bexleyheath Broadway. 

A 35- year-old man arrested at the scene on dubitation of attempted murder was released on bail pending further enquiries after sanitarium treatment for unconnected injuries. The 30- time-old victim, who suffered anon-life-threatening projectile crack, remains stable in the sanitarium as of January 9.
