An application to convert a residential property in Glimpsing Green, Erith, into a children’s home has been submitted.

Up to three children under the age of eighteen, each with two caregivers, would be eligible.

Itineraries at Bexley Council are presently reviewing information related to a five- story apartment palace at 140 Main Road in Sidcup that was preliminarily authorized. 

The operation requests approval of accoutrements for a plan to destroy a factory and replace it with a structure that will house nine independent apartments, bus parking, bike and trash storehouse, landscaping, and a participating theater .

At 8 Walton Road in Sidcup, a frontal gate is being replaced, an air conditioner is being installed, and a single- story front and hinder expansion is being erected. 

At 65 Birchwood Avenue in Sidcup, a raised yard will be kept, and theater situations will be altered.

What are the proposed changes of use and capacity for the Erith site?

The proposed planning operation converts a standard domestic lodging( Use Class C3) to a small children’s domestic care home( Use Class C2) in Erith ward, Bexley.
