Detective Sergeant Rob Groombridge, from the Met’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit, said:
“Our investigation is ongoing and we are in the process of collecting dash cam footage, CCTV and any other information that will help us with our enquiries.
I am appealing for anyone who saw the incident but has not yet spoken to police to contact us as soon as possible.”
